Non-flammable, no dropping materials, no toxic gases! Drainage pipes made of cast iron are the premium product in the building in terms of fire protection and fire safety. Cast iron corresponds to fire classification A1 – non flammable. This means considerable cost-, space- and timesavings in course of the installation . When using cast iron, there is no propagation in event of fire, no burning material drips down, and there are no toxic fumes, which are primarily responsible for deaths in the event of fire.
