Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Role with Us

As an accounting specialist in a small finance team, you report directly to the Head of Financial Accounting. You work closely with the team while still having the quiet and flexibility needed for focused work.

Your Responsibilities at a Glance

• Ongoing accounting activities (banking, cash accounting, incoming invoices, credit card statements)
• Internal cost allocations
• Support with monthly closing activities (no balance sheet preparation)
• Processing payment transactions
• Administration and execution of the dunning process
• Preparation and support with tax-related filings

What You Bring

• Completed commercial training (e.g., HAK, HAS, HBLA, WIFI)
• At least 2 years of professional experience in financial accounting
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Experience with accounting software (SAP is an advantage, but not required)
• Accurate, structured, and reliable working style
• Team-oriented personality with a hands-on approach

• Salary: Gross monthly salary starting at €3,400 on a full-time basis. Final compensation will be agreed fairly and in line with the market depending on qualifications and professional experience.
